The purpose of this RFP is to procure consultancy services and appoint an experienced and suitably qualified consultancy company to conduct the Survey, questionnaires and review the latest survey as more detailed in this RFP. The Survey shall cover as minimum the fixed line services, mobile phone services and internet services. The Survey must meet all the requirements defined in this RFP, 73000000-2 - Research and development services and related consultancy services
