- Bapco Upstream currently concluded phase 5 of the casing vapor recovery (CVR) program where a total of 274 beam pump unit wells are connected to a designated network located in the center of the Bahrain oil field. This network has a compression of 12.4 MMSCFD by using 6 compressors located at TB07 and TB08. The intention of the next phase in this program is to increase the network capacity by another 6 MMSCFD through the procurement and installation of two sliding vane compressors to be installed at WM30, while also expanding the network to the south and hooking up an additional 75 wells in the process. The expected production gain at hook up is approximately 568 Barrels of Oil Per Day (BOPD).
