• Description:
• The main purpose of this project is to increase the set pressures of PSVs on GOSP Vessels at Tank Batteries TB01 to TB06. Accordingly, installation of new PSV-s and modification of existing PSV-s will be carried out as part of this project. At present, the PSVs on GOSP Vessels at all the legacy TB are set at 40 psig, except TB-01, where the PSVs are set at 45 psig. The GOSP operating pressure is around 35 to 37 psig as it is floating with the AG network pressure. Due to the very narrow margin available between the GOSP operating pressure and PSV set pressure, there is lack of controllability for the flare and vent sump PCVs. Moreover, there are several PSV pop incidents (PSNMs) at the legacy TBs due to the fluctuation in the wells and the AG network. To overcome the flaring issue at Legacy TBs, the PSV set pressure shall be increased (as part of this project) to 60 psig., 44000000-0 - Construction structures and materials; auxiliary products to construction (except electric apparatus)
