• Description:
• This is a request raised to purchase an certain quantity of essential parts, tools and equipment of several disciplines (electrical, plumbing, and carpentry). Within the 3 campuses owned by Bahrain Polytechnic emerge many rectification needs in the systems within the buildings at the campuses, including lighting, plumbing, power points, doors, windows, civil work concepts, etc. In many occasions, the maintenance require to rectify issues, however, parts are not available, making the team subjected to raise PRs, which causes delay to the rectification process effecting the work flow of students and staff. We also receive OSH reports from the Health and Safety Department, which mention items that may impose hazard or risk on the users of the campuses, and should be rectified immediately, the lack of parts sometimes delays the process of rectification.
