Main Works Supply, installation and commissioning of two SKM packaged AC units with R410a refrigerant Required ducting and roof connection modifications with insulation and cladding New electrical isolators for the package units and wiring from isolator to units Wired thermostats factory supplied Dismantling of existing two package units safely and storing them as instructed Preparation of foundation for each package unit Erection testing and commissioning of all equipment Scaffolding or ladders up to three meters height as part of works Clarifications and Inclusions Units supplied will be low noise type final noise level depends on acoustics of room Specifications may vary slightly, 50000000-5 - Repair and maintenance services
