- This tender defines the mandatory technical requirements for the urgent repair of gas leak at the Gas Reducing Station.The core scope is complete replacement of three corroded underground 16inch gas pipelines each approximately 15meters long with thecontractor responsible for providing all necessary labor equipment materials and expert supervision Critical tasks include the removal of old pipes installation of newly coated replacements ensuring safety via nitrogen purging before hotwork and performing NonDestructive Testing NDT on all weldjoints Thecontractor must manage the entire process including material procurement applying special underground coatings submitting all fabrication and as built drawings installing correct pipe supports sand bedding thrustblocks per standards and finally reinstating the cathodic protection system commissioning the line and executing final leak test All pipe dimensions and actual lengths must be definitively verified onsite prior work commencement, 50000000-5 - Repair and maintenance services
