To provide and deliver Mule Ear Tube Return Headers for Bapcos 4A CDU during the 2027 scheduled shutdown These headers are critical components designed to withstand high temperatures and pressures in refinery heaters ensuring efficient thermal performance and reliability The bidder shall source headers manufactured from corrosion resistant materials fully meeting the requirements specified in File No 1 Specifications and Scope of Work The bidder is responsible for quality assurance inspection certification and timely delivery to support shutdown schedules The purpose is to maintain operational integrity minimize downtime and ensure safe continuous processing in Bapcos refinery operations, 09000000-3 - Petroleum products, fuel, electricity and other sources of energy
