- MOW intends to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy firm to undertake detailed feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed design, provide tender assistance services to MOW for widening of Riffa Avenue. Existing 2 lane dual carriageway of Riffa Avenue (from Riffa Clock Tower roundabout to Muasker Highway) should be designed to have minimum 4 lanes through traffic in both directions. Project scope involves design of grade separator at the Junction of Riffa Avenue and Al Muaskar Highway, grade separated U-turns at 2 junctions including 4 footbridges. The Consultant shall undertake feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed design for road, storm drainage and structures, street lighting, road marking ,utility coordination and provide tender assistance services for the project
