Description:
The Works shall be referred to as the Measured Term Contract for Waterproofing Works of Houses and shall include Demolition and Alterations Works, including preparation of the commencing surface to receive the new waterproofing system, wire brushing, breaking and removal of existing screed and waterproofing system, removal of existing Air Condition compressor units, Water Heaters and Water Tanks (as applicable) and reinstatement after completion of the new waterproofing works, as well as repairs. The Works shall also include Roof Waterproofing Works, including bituminous paint, light weight screed, angle fillet, waterproofing membrane, grooves, sealant, and Rainwater Installation Works, in addition to Miscellaneous Associated Works, which in some houses include the construction of parapet walls with rendering and painting, and shall include concrete works, repairing cracks, blockworks, plastering works, painting works, and other associated works., 45000000-7 - Construction work
