Description:
The project includes various maintenance works in different locations, such as replacing the folding door on the ground floor, providing internal signage, installing glass panels, supplying mastic sealant for aluminum and metal doors, supplying and installing bottom brushes for aluminum doors, Replacement of the fire escape staircases door, and repairing the wooden door of the ministers office. It also includes painting, such as applying antifungal paint to interior wall surfaces, including corridors and stairwells; applying epoxy coating to floor surfaces and replacing flooring, such as replacing wooden planks damaged by moisture and replacing carpet tiles. The mechanical work includes maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, supplying spare parts, and cleaning water tanks, irrigation networks, and distribution networks.
