- The Ministry of Finance and National Economy (MoFNE) seeks the submission of preliminary proposals for the Provision of a Centralized Electronic Travel Booking System that will be used by around 55 Government Entities in accordance with the Initial Request for Proposal (RFP). The Ministry will conduct this centralized tender following a Competitive Negotiation approach that consists of several stages. The final tender will be awarded to a single Bidder, who will be responsible for providing the full scope of services, including the system provision, support, and other related requirements. During the first stage of this tender, suppliers may obtain the tender documents free of charge and are not required to submit initial bonds.
