- With the introduction of said CFAMS system any fire alarms in unmanned substations within the Tubli WPCC will be monitored and communicated by the STP control room and security gate personnel to the Fire department and concern staff immediately The Fire alarm monitoring system at Tubli Water Treatment Plant for detecting and notifying fire alarms at Substations would be integrated via LPUs using existing SCADA FOC Fiber Optic Communication ring The alarm notifications and beef sounds will be displayed on two Repeater panels located in STP control room and Security Room accordingly The Fire Alarm Panel signal will be connected to a Modbus Gateway module Moxa ioLogik for interfacing with the existing communication channels and the FAMS at HYBACS substations will be incorporated into the SCADA using FlexEdge module
