- Eskan Bank publishes an auction to rent retail unit with an area of 1,540 SQM at Madinat Salman for a supermarket for 10 years. The construction will start by December 2024 and there will be 6 months grace period from the date of signing the agreement. Payments will be accepted through postdated Cheques or by bank transfer to Eskan Bank account and mature on the first day of every month. The tenant will pay for its own utilities and municipality taxes related to the retail unit and without application of any Grace Period.
