Description:
Bahrain Bourse is looking to appoint a financial advisor to lead the formulation of a detailed plan “The Plan” with the objective of creating a catalyst to rejuvenate capital markets in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Plan is to have specific and measurable outcomes and deadlines as well as governance and reporting frameworks to achieve MSCI Emerging Market Status in Bahrain Bourse, and achieve the targets set upon Bahrain Bourse in the Bahrain National Economic Recovery Plan regarding Capital Market Enhancement. The Advisor shall submit a proposal that details preparations of the Plan to achieve mandated outcomes, which shall comprise formulating initiatives to deliver outcomes, setting milestones and timelines for initiatives, recommend sponsors and accountable executives, mapping dependencies and inter-dependencies, preparing financial plan and establishing governance and progress reporting. In the preparation of the Plan }ontract period will be for a specific period.
